1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour or using the services of Anand Vihari Tours & Travels ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
2. Booking & Payment
- A minimum advance deposit is required to confirm any booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the tour departure date.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from our office.
- Prices quoted are per person and based on twin-sharing unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost.
- 15–30 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
- Less than 7 days / no show: 100% of total tour cost (no refund).
- Cancellation charges for flights, hotels, and third-party services are governed by their individual policies.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Anand Vihari Tours reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodation, or transport due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather, political conditions, natural disasters, or operational reasons. No refund will be issued for such changes.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
- Travellers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits).
- Any fines or penalties arising from missing or invalid documentation are the traveller's sole responsibility.
- Travellers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of baggage. Anand Vihari Tours is not liable for any loss arising from the absence of such cover.
7. Liability
Anand Vihari Tours acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the actions or omissions of such third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
